If you feel that any of our products do not meet your expectations and you don’t want to keep it in your permanent library, simply request a Return Merchandise Authorization number by

You will be provided an RMA# which you should write on the outside of the returned package. Once the complete product or package is received in good condition*, you will be issued a full refund, less shipping charges.

These charges are assessed as follows:


  • FedEx Ground
    • 30% discount off the FedEx Publish rates(see FedEx.com), plus any handling charges imposed by our suppliers for example, Nightingale-Conant charges $3.50 per order.

  • USPS Media Mail
    • The US Postal Service On-Line Rates (see usps.com), plus any handling charges imposed by our suppliers for example, Nightingale-Conant charges $3.50 per order.

We reserve the right to limit or deny refunds if we feel that our Satisfaction Guarantee is being abused. Our Satisfaction Guarantee is for items purchased on the EnrichmentUnlimited.com site, and does not apply to items purchased through other venues, unless otherwise specifically noted.

Our standard policy is that for ALL products the RMA# must be requested within 90 days of the purchase date.

We realize that the product will be used, and are not expecting it to be in perfect condition, but we do expect it to be complete. The actual amount refunded will be left to our discretion. The product cannot be returned to you without prepayment of return postage, so it is in your best interest to make sure items being returned are in acceptable condition.

Domestic Orders

Delivery of Product: You are paying us to ship your order using the delivery option you choose. Once it is mailed, or given to the delivery company, it is out of our hands and in the hands of the delivery service. We cannot assume liability for the package after that. We do however insure the order for the wholesale cost of the items, if insurance is available, and will assist you in filing a claim if your order is damaged or lost. Once we receive payment from the claim, we would be willing to reship the lost or damaged items. Please note that it can take months for the tracing of packages and/or claims to be processed.

Delivery Methods
US Postal Service Media Mail. Takes approx 2 - 8 days. The package is trackable*.
US Postal Service Parcel Post. Takes approx 4 - 7 days. The package is trackable*.
US Postal Service Priority Mail. Takes approximately 2 - 3 days. The package is trackable*.

US Postal Service Express Mail Takes 1 - 2 days, as delivery time varies according to daily cutoff times. The package is trackable.


* The US Postal Service provides Delivery Confirmation, which is not exactly "tracking information" for the following reason... By law, the Postal Service only has to scan the package at the time of delivery. This means the package is not guaranteed to be scanned by the receiving Post Office, or anywhere else along the way... except for the destination Post Office. The status may show that the Post Office has been electronically notified that the package will be shipped, clear up until the time of delivery. Express Mail is always scanned on receipt, and Priority Mail has a greater chance of being scanned than the other less expensive US Postal Service methods of delivery.


Please note, these are the shipping methods that we use, and base our prices on. Some items are shipped by our suppliers via FedEx or UPS. We will use the closest service to the one you select.

Foreign Orders

Address Verification: To protect cardholders, when payments are made with credit cards, we must verify that the shipping address is either the billing address for the card, or that the shipping address has been registered with the credit card company. Address Verification is not done electronically or automatically for foreign orders. We must submit an address verification request to our Merchant Processor via telephone, and wait for a reply. This may take a few days, as they must issue a request to the card issuing bank, and wait for a reply. If no reply is received from the card issuing bank, we must request the telephone number of the card issuing bank, and attempt to get the address verified ourselves. If that is unsuccessful, we cannot ship to that address, and something else must be worked out.

Import Taxes, VAT, Etc We make an effort to minimize any additional taxes you may have to pay. We typically only declare the wholesale cost as the value of merchandise, and we designate it as "Educational Material". We cannot guarantee that your local customs office will not impose additional taxes on your order upon delivery. These taxes are your responsibility. If you refuse to pay them, we will not refund you the price of the merchandise you purchased, until it is received by either us or the supplier who shipped it. You will not be refunded any of the shipping costs. You may incur charges from our suppliers for items returned to them, and these charges will be deducted from any amounts that would be refunded to you. For example; Nightingale-Conant charges $8.00 per item for products returned to them.

Delivery Methods

Priority Mail International Available for most countries. Takes approx 6 - 10 days to reach your country, but usually takes longer for delivery depending on how long your local customs office holds the package. Delivery from the United States, to your country is very reliable. From that point delivery relies on your countries postal service to get it to you.

Federal Express International Economy (FedEx) Takes approx 2 - 4 days, as delivery time varies according to the country. The package is trackable. It usually passes through customs quicker, and it is delivered by FedEx or the private courier that FedEx has contracted with in that country.
